Little semidetached stone house 100 meters away from the woods, in the setting of a very small Middle Ages Village near the Brenta Dolomiti. Located in a position that allows you to practice sports all year round and at any level of ability. From hiking, biking, swimming, kayaking, skiing, ski touring, climbing, and paragliding you will be surprised by how many activities you can choose from. Some are right in Sclemo, others less than 30 minutes drive. The Space The house is part of a larger historic building spread over four floors. The entrance is on the first floor and accessed via an external staircase. The Main Bedroom is on the second floor with its Mezzanine floor that can host two extra guests. The house has a pellet stove for heating. The Village has a Pub and a Minimarket.
